I have been a therapist for over 18 years. I first trained in ITEC Anatomy, Physiology and Swedish Massage. Over the years I have constantly updated my skills by working with some of the best trainers from the U.K and the States.

Having a knowledge of a wide range of disciplines has enabled me to integrate transformational systems of bodywork with breath work and visualisation. I call this "Cellular Level Massage"

I regularly give treatments at 'The Croxley Project' which is an organisation that supports people with learning disabilities and provide on-site massage at 'The Jermyn Street Theatre'. Also experienced as a trainer, I am able to give workshops, talks and demonstrations.
